After graduating with Magna Cum Laude Honors from the University of Maryland, Dina Goldentayer re-located to Miami Beach to take part in the booming Real Estate marketplace. She was a natural at spotting deals and matching buyers to properties both in Residential and Commercial transactions, and she began mastering the art of the distressed opportunity before most agents knew what a Short Sale was.

She quickly rose to the top ranks of sales production in every real estate setting she ventured into - from preconstruction sales of a South Beach condo conversion to record breaking price per square foot sales of Venetian Island homes.

What's more impressive than her stats is Dina's unwaivering devotion to her clientele. She is always available and responsive, and her follow up skills are unparalleled. The fact that the majority of her business has become referral-based is the ultimate testament to her success.

Sladja Stantic received her real estate license seven years ago and has since evolved into a distinguished luxury home specialist. Her initial start in the field can be attributed to her connections in the Serbian communities of New York and Miami. Sladja aligned herself with a group of top Developers, who fostered her introduction into the pre-construction condo market which was booming at the time. Stantic was appointed Director of Sales for several condominium projects, including Palermo and Rive Gauche in Miami.

From these experiences, Sladja developed her skills in marketing, branding, and attentive customer service, which formed a strong foundation for her entry into the ultra competitive Miami Beach residential luxury real estate market. Stantic’s strategic movement from preconstruction to luxury real estate was well-timed prior to the eruption of the real estate crisis in South Florida, and she found immediate success with high profile sales on La Gorce Island and Pinetree Drive.

In addition to her day-to-day professional responsibilities as well as her commitment to her family, Sladja prides herself on her belief to never stop learning. Her focus on education has earned her membership in the Luxury Home Institute, as well as her CRS, ABR and TRC designations.

Cara Leigh Thompson

Cara has been a Miami resident since 1992, and has first-hand witnessed the cultural development and landscape changes that the Magic City has undergone in the past two decades. She has worked in the fashion industry in New York, Milan, and Paris as well many other international destinations, and she is fluent in French as a result.

The world of real estate was not much of a departure for Thompson as she hails from a family of Realtors, Brokers, and Builders. Having grown up in the business, Cara understood the importance of hard work and always putting the customers' interests first. She is a naturally good listener allowing her to easily connect with both buyers and sellers as well the properties and priorities that matter most to them.

Cara specializes in both condominium and single family home sales from Key Biscayne to Ft. Lauderdale, with South Beach being her primary area of focus..

Araceli Kaba

Araceli is no stranger to the Miami scene. Arriving in the United States in 1997, she lived and worked in Miami for four years wehere she absorbed the MIami Beach lifestyle understanding the pulse, beauty and international culture of South Florida.

Ultimately, Araceli's strong ambitions to succeed led her to New York City where she pursued her long time interest in the real estate industry, where she excelled as a top producer. After 3 years in the intense and highly competitve Manhattan residential real estate market Araceli heeded her internal call to return to the City of Miami Beach.

Araceli is fluent in English, Spanish and conversational in Italian and currently resides in South Beach. Araceli's passion to succeed, New York City real estate expereience, South American persona, and strong knowledge of the Miami landscape is only matched by her appreciation and love for the city of Miami Beach.
