After graduating with Magna Cum Laude Honors from the University of Maryland, Dina Goldentayer re-located to Miami Beach to take part in the booming Real Estate marketplace. She was a natural at spotting deals and matching buyers to properties both in Residential and Commercial transactions, and she began mastering the art of the distressed opportunity before most agents knew what a Short Sale was.
She quickly rose to the top ranks of sales production in every real estate setting she ventured into - from preconstruction sales of a South Beach condo conversion to record breaking price per square foot sales of Venetian Island homes.

Sladja Stantic received her real estate license seven years ago and has since evolved into a distinguished luxury home specialist.  Her initial start in the field can be attributed to her connections in the Serbian communities of New York and Miami. Sladja aligned herself with a group of top Developers, who fostered her introduction into the pre-construction condo market which was booming at the time. Stantic was appointed Director of Sales for several condominium projects, including Palermo and Rive Gauche in Miami.
From these experiences, Sladja developed her skills in marketing, branding, and attentive customer service, which formed a strong foundation for her entry into the ultra competitive Miami Beach residential luxury real estate market.  Stantic’s strategic movement from preconstruction  to luxury real estate was well-timed prior to the eruption of the  real estate crisis in South Florida, and she found immediate success with high profile sales on La Gorce Island and Pinetree Drive.
